When you place an order through ecosloth.com, you receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary. When your order ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email to see additional information regarding your order, such as estimated arrival date and shipping progress, and sign up for delivery notifications.
It can take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. If it’s not updating, your carrier may have an issue with its shipping status system or may be experiencing service disruptions causing a delay, like bad weather.
Occasionally, a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.
Ecosloth.com orders typically ship within 24-48 hours from the time you place the order, pending product availability and credit card verification. Delivery time is based on your location but in general it can take up to 14 business days.
If your package doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 2 days before contacting our Customer Support. Carriers may deliver packages until 8 p.m. Additionally, check with anyone who may have accepted your delivery, like other household members, neighbors, or anyone who accepts mail in your building. Keep in mind that carriers sometimes leave packages in safe, hidden places like on a side porch, around your garage, or behind bushes.

For returns, please email support@ecosloth.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Every day, we get tons of boxes sent to our warehouse from different companies we work with. Instead of tossing those lightly used boxes, we prefer to give them a second life! So, if you get a slightly-used box, don’t panic–just because the box isn’t beautiful doesn’t mean it isn’t full of some seriously cool stuff. Keep the trend going, and choose to reuse or recycle your box afterwards! Don’t worry though: we’d never send a box that’s at the end of its life–your products will reach you safe and sound!
Good question! The Eco Sloth warehouse, contains a good portion of our products – so we’re able to group orders with multiple items into one box and reduce both shipping emissions and packaging materials. However, some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer as it is more sustainable for them to send your package directly to you, instead of first to the Eco Sloth warehouse. Because of this, depending on what items you’re getting, there is a chance your order may arrive in two or more boxes, and on separate dates. But no matter who sends it, it will always be delivered with carbon neutral shipping!
